Human cloning(speech)

Good morning gentleman,

Human cloning (speech)

Well, We are living in the age of technology, now have the technology to clone humans, and at this point, caution should be advised. I don't see the need, but some people will do it, even if against the law, but okay.

So, It depends on the method used. Deconstructing a cell nucleus and inserting different DNA is the way animals have been cloned in the past, with poor results.
I mean, we can copy human bodies. We can't put people in them. That is, we can’t copy spirits—or minds.    Let me clear you with an example-
When cloning mammals such as sheep, goats, or dogs, one thing that rarely gets pointed out is how many pregnancies it took to actually get a successful clone.
It's about 1 in 30.
The breakdown for Dolly, for example, went like this:
277 eggs.
29 viable embryos.
3 births.
1 survived to adulthood.

Let me give one example, We all know  Adolf Hitler, He made many faces like him, but he failed to put their spirit and mind. Of course. It happens all the time. Identical twins are clones. Identical twins occur in about 3% of live births.

Nowadays, Artificial intelligence is simpler like humans, and artificial intelligence somewhere is humankind because it is made like the human mind, We all know that the Sophia robot and she is holding citizenship of a country Artificial Intelligence is not based on natural laws of intelligence. Therefore, AI is not intelligent by itself... Artificial intelligence doesn't have any emotion that's why it's not exactly like humans, but whatever humans can do, the AI also can do, even it can do better than humans.

The conclusion is we are not against human cloning, but we all need to ensure that this thing is not going to use for illegal things human cloning can take place in multiple forms out of which only through reproductive cloning can an entire human being be created. Scientists have been successful in cloning animals like sheep, horses, etc. And now the creation of a human clone is also a possibility. Human reproductive cloning can lead to serious legal implications as discussed in the article and for countering the same, India presently has no specific legal framework which punishes or penalizes such activity. Even therapeutic is also surrounded with ethical concerns such as destroying an embryo once it has been used to collect stem cells and treating the body of a woman and her eggs as a commodity for projects that provide them no benefit. It is essential that clear rules regarding reproductive and therapeutic cloning are drawn as both forms of cloning suffer from various ethical dilemmas along with a probable chance of misuse of such research endeavors. This will help in avoiding chaotic and confusing situations in the future. In India, we don't have any law regarding human clones so we need to take care of this.
